Once your request is received, we will follow up to schedule the removal.

On the scheduled day we will swing by and remove items for FREE*.

Please Note
- *Free pickup is for furniture with minor wear and tear.
- Furniture that is older, seriously damaged or stained is subject to a removal fee. In the instance there is a fee we can either pass that fee along to the tenant. If the tenant isn’t available to pay we encourage your team to dispose of the furniture with your current trash removal provider. The reason we are unable to remove damaged items for free is because we are charged at the landfill for items that need disposal.
- The only items we don’t currently remove are bed frames and mattresses.
What Happens After Pick Up?
After pick up, we renew furniture items, resell them, and donate a portion of all proceeds to Dallas Furniture Bank. Our goal is to help keep reusable furniture out of the landfill while giving back to the community.
