Requesting a pick up with CouchCycled only takes 20 seconds and most furniture items can be removed for free*.

Our free pick up service is for gently used couches, sectionals, and dining tables. We can also remove armchairs and more but removal of non-couch items are subject to a fee.

We’ll coordinate with your building and pick up directly from your unit — no curbside hauling required.

 

If your couch doesn’t meet donation standards, we can still remove it for a fee and continue giving back through Dallas Furniture Bank.

When Should You Submit the Form?

While we have a quick turnaround time it’s still best to submit the form as soon as you can. We are able to schedule pick ups multiple weeks out to better align with your schedule and can always move or cancel if needed. Requesting a pick up is free so there is no cost to you in the instance you cancel your scheduled appointment.

Please Note

Furniture that is older, seriously damaged or stained is subject to a removal fee. Submitting the removal request form helps us assess if we will need to charge a fee

The only items we don’t currently remove are bed framesmattresses, and large entertainment centers.

    How Our Condition Grades Work:

    We receive a mix of overstocked new items from large retailers, orders that their customers cancelled while in transit, orders that customers returned within a short free return window or used items we pickup directly from homeowners when they move/buy new furniture. 

    Condition is often subjective and should also be judged based on the images and provided description.
