WHEN: Delivery can be completed within 1-3 business days (Mon-Sat) based on distance / availability. 

WHAT: Delivery includes our team bringing the item inside and placing it in the room of your choice, and assembling it unless otherwise noted in the description. 

WHERE: We can deliver up to 60 miles from our location in Addison. Delivery cost is based off your zip code. 

0-25 Miles: FREE

26-35 Miles: $49

36-45 Miles: $99

46-60 Miles: $129

Each piece of furniture we receive gets graded either:

New (In box): Brand new. These items are delivered in original packaging and include removal of the packaging trash. New items come with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.

New (Open-Box): New out of the box item. May have been opened, returned or cancelled by the original customer in transit, minimal to no signs of use.

Excellent/Like New: Excellent condition, little to no wear. Mainly returns that a customer had for a few days at most.

Good/Gently Used: Good condition, light cosmetic wear/signs of use possible. Mainly returns that customers used for a few weeks or used items used for less than 1 year.

Fair/Clearance: Minor stains, moderate visible wear.

Condition is often subjective and should also be judged based on the images and provided description. 

Returns

If you place an online order and do not like the item after seeing it at the time of delivery, we will take it back and give you a full refund on the item. Once delivery has been completed, all sales are final. 

Purchases made in person after having the chance to view the item in person are final at the time of purchase.

Order Cancellations

• Within 24 hours of placing your order: 20% restocking fee
• After 24 hours, before 7 days: 35% restocking fee
• After 7 days: Order is final and cannot be cancelled
