Each piece of furniture we receive gets graded either:
New (In box): Brand new. These items are delivered in original packaging and include removal of the packaging trash. New items come with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.
New (Open-Box): New out of the box item. May have been opened, returned or cancelled by the original customer in transit, minimal to no signs of use.
Excellent/Like New: Excellent condition, little to no wear. Mainly returns that a customer had for a few days at most.
Good/Gently Used: Good condition, light cosmetic wear/signs of use possible. Mainly returns that customers used for a few weeks or used items used for less than 1 year.
Fair/Clearance: Minor stains, moderate visible wear.
Condition is often subjective and should also be judged based on the images and provided description.
Returns
If you place an online order and do not like the item after seeing it at the time of delivery, we will take it back and give you a full refund on the item. Once delivery has been completed, all sales are final.
Purchases made in person after having the chance to view the item in person are final at the time of purchase.

At CouchCycled we do not manufacture furniture, we rescue it. Brands have excess inventory they need to get rid of to make space in their warehouses and returns and floor models can’t be sold as new once taken out of the box. We help these retailers by buying these items in bulk at a fraction of the retail price and pass those savings on to our customers.
We receive a mix of overstocked new items from large retailers, orders that their customers cancelled while in transit, orders that customers returned within a short free return window or used items we pickup directly from homeowners when they move/buy new furniture.
