My couch was picked up quickly and efficiently by two very friendly gentlemen. They disassembled the couch to allow them to fit it through the doorway and onto the elevator and did everything at a surprisingly quick space. I was really pleased with how quickly CouchCycled responded to my request to pick up my couch and extremely satisfied with the service all around.

This company is very professional and has great customer service. I was contacted within a business day after reaching out to them via their online form. I was able to quickly schedule for my sectional to be picked up. The owner kept steady communication with me throughout the process. He informed me in advance for schedule changes. I did not have any surprises or disappointments. My sectional was very used so I had to pay a fee for the haul away. The fee was very reasonable. Definitely better than doing the job myself.
