Our Process

Furniture Removal & Used Furniture Store

Remove

​Once the couch removal form on our website is completed, we follow up and schedule a pickup time to remove all gently used couches, sectionals, and armchairs for free*! In the instance the piece of furniture is heavily damaged we may need to charge a fee to cover removal and safe disposal. You can find more information here on what furniture qualifies for free pickup.

Renew

While we inspect all furniture before pickup, we also reinspect furniture for any damage once it’s back in our warehouse. Assuming the furniture is still in good shape we put it through our renewal process to clean and repair as needed.

Reuse

Once renewed, we resell old furniture on our website and other marketplace apps and donate a portion of our proceeds to local charities.

    How Our Condition Grades Work:

    We receive a mix of overstocked new items from large retailers, orders that their customers cancelled while in transit, orders that customers returned within a short free return window or used items we pickup directly from homeowners when they move/buy new furniture. 

    • NEW (OPEN BOX): New out of the box item. May have been opened, returned or cancelled by the original customer in transit, minimal to no signs of use.
    • LIKE NEW: Excellent condition, little to no wear. Mainly returns that a customer had for a few days at most.
    • GENTLY USED: Good condition, light cosmetic wear/signs of use possible. Mainly returns that customers used for a few weeks or used items used for less than 1 year.
    • CLEARANCE: Minor stains, moderate visible wear.

    Condition is often subjective and should also be judged based on the images and provided description.
