Furniture Removal Fees

Our free pickup service is for couches with minor wear and tear that are NOT patterned. Non-permanent stains and pet hair are acceptable and it is ok to have minor tears along seams and concealed areas (e.g. back of the couch).

Furniture that has peeling bonded leather, severe pet damage, broken frames, mechanics, large rips, permanent stains, incomplete sectionals, or smoke damage may be subject to a fee.

Things Our Team Looks For

Couch Removal Fees

  • Gently Used – FREE
  • Fair Condition (light damage and cleaning required) – $75 + tax
  • Bad Condition or an Old Design – $150 + tax
  • Sleeper Sofa – $175 + tax

Note: furniture that is an old design or seriously damaged requires a higher fee since we won’t be able to resell the item. Resale is how we cover operational expenses and make donations.

Sectional & Couch Set Removal Fees

Base Fees

  • Gently Used – FREE
  • Fair Condition (light damage and cleaning required) – $125 + tax
  • Bad Condition or an Old Design (2-3 Pieces) – $175 + tax
  • Bad Condition or an Old Design (4-5 Pieces) – $200 + tax
  • Bad Condition or an Old Design (6+ Pieces) – $225 + tax

Add-On Sectional & Couch Set Fees

  • Bad Condition or an Old Design (Built-In Recliner) – Add $75 + tax
  • Bad Condition or an Old Design (Sleeper Sectional) – Add $75 + tax

Add-On Furniture Removal Fees

  • Small Furniture Item- $25 + tax
  • Medium Furniture Item – $50 + tax
  • Large Furniture Item – $100 + tax

Note: not all add-on items require a fee (e.g side tables that are part of a pick up for a gently used couch can have the fee waived)

Distance Fees

  • Pick up within 20 miles of our store – FREE
  • Pick up within 21-25 miles – $50 + tax
  • Pick up within 26-30 miles – $75 + tax
  • Pick up within 31-35 miles – $100 + tax
  • Pick up within 36-40 miles – $125 + tax

Note: At this time we can only remove gently used sectionals and couch sets over 30 miles away.

Additional details:

We can only be so accurate when estimating fees based on the images you provide. Because of this our team has final say on what qualifies for a fee. When our team arrives for removal they will inspect your furniture based on the information you shared with us and may charge a fee for something we didn’t see in the images (e.g. broken couch leg). In the instance our team determines there will be an additional fee at pick up you have the option to reject service at no cost to you.

We aim to keep our prices competitive. If you find another professional service that removes for less than us, let us know and we will beat their price.

Except in the instance above, all fees are non-negotiable.

In an effort to avoid potential infestations we reserve the right to reject a pickup for any reason after inspecting the couch.
A percentage of all removal fees will be donated to Dallas Furniture Bank.
