We started CouchCycled in an effort to help keep furniture out of the landfill while giving back.
There is some furniture that charities can’t remove because it’s outside their service area, it’s damaged, or because they are overbooked.
We filed as an LLC in order to help address this. We have greater pick up flexibility, can pick up items at a greater distance, and can remove items regardless of condition.
While we can’t provide a donation receipt we can help remove your furniture quickly while ensuring it still contributes to a good cause.
We can typically come out same week. To make sure that we can work with your schedule it is best to reach out as soon as you can.
While our team loves a good comfy couch we, unfortunately, can’t pick up everything for free. The couches and furniture we can remove for free need to be gently used with no major damage and not be patterned. Below are a few great examples of couches we have removed for free in the past.
If you are wondering if your furniture will qualify simply submit the form and we will let you know if we can remove your furniture for free.
In the instance your furniture doesn’t qualify for free removal we can still remove it for a fee and will do our best to keep it out of the landfill. A few things we might charge for include damage, stains, older designs, or distances more than 10 miles from our warehouse.

At this time we don’t provide pick ups for beds, mattresses, large entertainment centers, or office furniture.
We do our best to reuse everything we pick up. Most items are cleaned, repaired, and either resold or donated directly to Dallas Furniture Bank.
We currently provide service in Dallas, Frisco, Richardson, Garland, Carrollton, Addison, and anywhere else within 30 miles of our warehouse in Plano.

Donate your old furniture to CouchCycled! We make furniture donations easy by working around your schedule to pick up old furniture from your home or office and haul it away. There’s no need to drag it out to the curb yourself.
After pick up, we donate a portion of all proceeds and furniture to Dallas Furniture Bank. Our goal is to help your old furniture have the biggest impact as quickly as possible. Since many non-profits have a limited service range or are backed up on pick-ups we hope to help by providing a quick turnaround on removal while still benefiting charities.
